Theory of Seeing
Theory of Seeing as part of the "Inspiring Culture 2025-2026" Program, implemented in cooperation with e-flux and in cooperation with the Polish Institute in New York.
The implementation of the task in 2025 includes:
- Creation of an internet platform dedicated to the project and the book "Theory of Vision"
- Organization of preparatory meetings for the production of films and research at MSŁ
- Development of the script and production of artistic educational films
The implementation of the task in 2026 includes:
- Creation of an internet platform dedicated to the project and the book "Theory of Seeing"
- Production and post-production of 4 artistic educational films
- Organization of a film screening and the premiere of the website in New York
- Promotion
Completion time: January 27, 2025 – December 31, 2026
Financial resources of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the state budget were granted in the amount of PLN 539,000 (in words: five hundred thirty nine thousand zlotys)
