Development of the collection of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź
The aim of the project is to purchase 32 works for the collection of the Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź.
The authors of the works are: Krzysztof Jung, Dominika Kowynia, Carolyn Lazard, Aura Rosenberg, Sophie Thun, Kijewski/Kocur, Fedir Tetianych, Karol Radziszewski, Małgorzata Ritterschild, Anna Zvyagintseva, Hanna Orzechowska, Andrzej Paruzel, Henryk Stażewski, Joanna Rajkowska, Karolina Wiktor, Karolina Wojtas, Piotr Kotlicki, Veronika Hapchenko, Anna Hulačová, Lesia Khomenko, and the artistic duo Franciszka and Stefan Themerson.
In total, the acquisition comprises 32 works by 21 artists and artistic collectives, representing both Polish and international art from the 1940s through to works created in 2025.

Financial resources of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund were granted in the amount of PLN 1,800,000.00 (in words: one million eight hundred thousand zlotys and zero groszy).
Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund – a state earmarked fund – under the government programme Contemporary Art Collections.
