Regulations for visiting ms¹ and ms²
1. The basis for entry to the exhibition halls is a valid admission ticket. The last entry takes place half an hour before the closing of the exhibition.
2. Entry to the museum is prohibited to persons who are intoxicated or who behave in a way that threatens the safety of the collections, disrupts the order of visiting other visitors, or violates generally accepted standards of behavior in public places.
3. It is prohibited to bring or carry animals into the exhibition halls (excluding guide dogs and dogs assisting people with disabilities). However, it is possible to enter the museum premises with a dog (hall, courtyard ms1) provided that the following rules are observed:
- dogs may only accompany an adult, they must be led on a leash,
- the owner of the dog assumes full responsibility. Also for any damage,
- it is not possible to enter classes attended by a larger number of visitors. The museum may also restrict entry in other exceptional circumstances,
- dogs that display aggressive behavior towards people are prohibited,
- the owner is obliged to clean up after their dog.
4. It is forbidden to touch exhibits and interior design elements. Visitors are liable, including financially, for damaging exhibits.
5. Parents and guardians of children and guardians of groups of children and youth are obliged to take care of the children with whom they came to the museum and are responsible for their actions.
6. It is forbidden to:
6.1. bring firearms and sharp and dangerous objects,
6.2. enter rooms that are not intended for visiting,
6.3. operate equipment for playing films and presentations located at exhibitions without permission,
6.4. consume food and drinks in exhibition spaces.
7. The use of cameras and camcorders is permitted on the museum premises with the following restrictions:
7.1. if it does not disturb other visitors,
7.2. without using a flash or other form of lighting and tripods.
7.3. the photos and film materials taken may only be used for private use. The museum is not responsible for third parties violating the personal rights of tourists, visitors or causing them other damage due to taking photographs and films. During the visit, it is necessary to follow the instructions given by guides and exhibition staff and the museum security service.
8. The ms1 and ms2 branches are open on Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The museum is closed on Mondays,
9. The bookstore in ms2 is open on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 23:00. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
10. On Fridays, admission to the Museum is free.
