Architectural accessibility:
Visitors can visit the palace, the Old Masters’ Gallery and the garden with an arbor. At the entrance to the museum, next to the ticket office, you have to climb up two steps, therefore people in wheelchairs are invited to the service entrance at the entrance gate (from Tymienieckiego Street).
Due to the historic aspect of the palace, it was impossible to install an elevator but we provide a stair climber (with lifting capacity up to 120 kg). In order to use it, you should contact Małgorzata Szefler-Milczarek, who will order its preparation, at least one day before the visit. The Old Masters’ Gallery, located on the ground floor, is fully accessible. There is a toilet adapted for people with disabilities. You can take the elevator to the office floor.
There is a paved road that leads to the garden where you can stroll along paths. The arbor has a wooden plank floor at a height of one step.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the exhibition halls (excluding guide dogs and assistance dogs for people with disabilities). Nonetheless, it is possible to enter the museum and the garden with a dog.
