The International Conference CIMAM 2021 in Łódź
On November 5–7, 2021, Poland hosted the annual CIMAM International Conference. It is the largest and most important meeting of professionals representing museum institutions of contemporary and modern art.

This year’s event was devoted to the topic “Under Pressure. Museums in Times of Xenophobia and Climate Emergency.” The hosts of the conference were: Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź and NOMUS New Art Museum (a branch of the National Museum in Gdańsk). During their visit to Łódź, conference participants had the opportunity to see the exhibitions that we are currently presenting in the spaces of ms1 and ms2. On the third day, the conference participants traveled to Gdańsk, where the last day of this year’s program was organized; the third day of the conference was hosted by NOMUS – New Art Museum, a branch of the National Museum in Gdańsk.
