We also kindly ask you to read information placed on our indoor notice boards and signs placed in our facilities that inform about principles to be obeyed when moving around our spaces and behavioural recommendations intended to tackle the spread of COVID-19. We also recommend that you follow all other guidance given by our staff, concerning, e.g., temporary limits in access to individual spaces:

  • the number of visitors per exhibition floor is limited to 10
  • no more than 3 visitors with a guide are allowed in Open Storage in the ms1; a guided tour must be pre-booked at +48 605 060 063.

To tackle the coronavirus pandemic, we adapted our exhibition spaces and introduced the following special internal procedures:

  • protective screens are placed at our checkouts and in the bookstore,
  • stringent hygiene and sanitation measures have been put in place: door handles, escalators, and sanitary fittings shall be disinfected every two hours; exhibition rooms shall be carefully cleaned at the end of each day
  • cloackrooms and lockers are temporarily closed in all our branches.

Workshops, lectures, and concerts continue to be suspended until further notice. We encourage you to use our online offer available at https://msl.org.pl/wydarzenia-online/. For safety reasons the library and the reading room of the Museum, as well as the archives at ms1 will not be available to the public until further notice. In addition, the opening hours at ms1 and ms2 have been shortened from eight to six hours a day:

  • from Tuesday to Sunday our opening hours will be 11:00 - 17:00
  • on Mondays we will continue to be closed
  • the bookstore at ms2 will continue to operate with its regular opening times, i.e., from Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00 and 19:00

For their own good and for the broader public interest, our visitors, are kindly requested to follow the above recommendations and additionally encouraged to:
