Untimely Stories

Publication accompanying the exhibition „Untimely stories”.
Slightly paraphrased the excerpt from Friedrich Nietzsche’s Untimely Meditations might serve as a motto of our exhibition: For I do not know what meaning contemporary art could have for our time if it were not untimely – that is to say, acting counter to our time and thereby acting on our time and, let us hope, for the benefit of a time to come. This exhibition expresses a belief that such is precisely the goal of art and such the need for its action.
