111 works from the Collection of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź

An album featuring 111 the most precious works of art in the collection of Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź.

The publication stars with a concise presentation of the history of the collection.

Further, the album presents the most precious artworks, their photographs with descriptions that include artists’ biographies and analyses of individual works.

Selected masterpieces of modern and ancient art have one thing in common, they are exceptional, unique. And we do not mean the mere exceptionality of a work of art, which is unique because it is original. It is the question of being rare with respect to the author and artistic value or quality of the work.
