Workshops led by Bartosz Mroczkowski accompany the exhibition Assemblages. Angela Melitopoulos and Maurizio Lazzarato

We invite you to take part in the workshops titled Reading Guattari on the move. The aim of the workshop is to take a joint reading of the French thinker's texts in the context of the exhibition of works by Angela Melitopoulos and Maurizio Lazzarato entitled Assemblages.

Participants will be invited to read the selected texts of the author of The Three Ecologies using the close reading method. The proposed method consists in reading aloud by each participant selected parts of the text during the meeting. The next stage of the workshop will be a joint movement practice, aiming to embody the concepts presented by Felix Guattari and their interpretations proposed by Angela Melitopoulos and Maurizio Lazzarato.

Applications of people willing to take part in the workshops will be accepted until February 9, 2018. The texts read by the participants will be in Polish and English. Movement practices that will take place during the workshops do not involve any intense physical effort, nor do they require any prior special preparation, or education (dance, choreography, etc.) or other additional skills.

Each of the persons interested in taking part in the workshop is invited to send a short e-mail containing information about their interests and the reasons why they want to take part in the workshop at the following address: bartosz.mroczkowski86@gmail.com. Participation in the workshop will be confirmed on February 10. The number of places is limited.
